[Pool Proposal] Saving, one dollar at a time

Summary

This new proposed pool is designed for economically disadvantaged populations and especially the 45000 individuals currently claiming UBI through impactMarket protocol, called beneficiaries. Beneficiaries supported by impactMarket never had access to the traditional financial system and therefore, never had the opportunity to access savings. This "Saving, one dollar at a time" pool proposal will allow low-income individuals to experience for the first time savings through DeFi. Finally, this proposal aims to introduce Goodghosting to our beneficiaries as the best place for them to get started in their savings journey: easy, accessible, and engaging.
