I am Ronald Nzioki, and I am incredibly excited to present a proposal for an inaugural university meet-up. This event is scheduled to take place on Friday, July 14th, 2023, from 1:00-5:00pm (EAT) at Kabarak University in Nakuru, Kenya.
Our primary aim is to introduce students to the boundless possibilities of blockchain technology and the remarkable Celo ecosystem.
Our goal is to engage students majoring in computer science, IT, engineering, and business, who possess the potential to make valuable contributions to the ecosystem as developers, designers, or founders.
To expose studnets to decentralized computing concepts;igniting their passion for the Celo ecosystem. To participate in a hands-on-workshop for students to gain practical experience. To equip students with the skillset to join our community and contribute in the growth of the ecosystem.

To ensure success of the event ,I request for a budget of 540 cUSD. For your reference ,I have provided a detailed breakdown of proposed budget below Lunch - $5 per plate *60 =$300 Swag(T-shirts+Stickers)-$8 per student *30=$240
