Greetings am Ahimbisibwe Brian Celo University Ambassador, I am planning to host an event at Kyambogo University Uganda, Kampala City, that will take place on 29th/06/2023. To educate attendees about the Celo blockchain, its technology, features, and potential use cases. To engage and empower student developers to build applications and services on top of the Celo blockchain. To showcase projects and innovations within the Celo blockchain ecosystem. To onboard more ladies into the We3 space To help attendees understand the Celo blockchain development and utilization of applications like wallets, among others. To get more valora wallet downloads. To onboard more community users, join the CeloAfrica DAO slack channel.

Implementation Plan. Focus on education and University Community building Hosting the event on 29th/06/203 Presentation sessions on the Celo Blockchain and demo sessions on using the Valora wallet Sharing educational resources with the attendees, i.e., relevant online resources related to Celo Blockchain. Gathering feedback and followup from the attendees. Forming a Celo developer club on campus.

Success Metrics High attendance of 50-70 attendees. Number of posts, shares, and engagement on twitter Number of users joining the Celo social channels. Number of wallet downloads. Number of developers onboarded. 20+ joining Africa DAO Slack channel
