Size of WHEY Pool for Airdrop

To move forward with governance and encourage greater decentralisation, we will airdrop WHEY to participants of the Centaur Ecosystem to ensure a democratic process, and increase participation of voters.

The airdrop will be provided based on past participation and specific criteria outlined in https://medium.com/centaur/upcoming-whey-airdrop-on-october-12-2964e5273ea3.

This would put WHEY in the hands of people that are long term supporters and encourages them to have a stake in deciding the future of Centaur Swap.

This proposal is to determine the total size of the airdrop pool based on the total supply of WHEY (150,000,000). Each individual would then receive a share of this airdrop pool based on the aforementioned weight assigned to the address.

Voting will remain open until October 11th (Monday).
