First let us introduce our team, we are the cantaloupe team.

A team of fellow melon holders with a core shared vision: make the melon community the best community 🔥

Tldr:

• This is a proposal to switch governance into DAO managed first by our group.
• We will manage the multisig wallet, twitter and telegram accounts, etc. --> We also ask community to grant up to 100T melon to allow us to drive growth strategies.

So the price of Melon drop by 95% from ATH, what happened?

• the core developer has decided to step down
• Some early investors have risked off their bet and sold melon
• As of today, the melon project is stalling and has no more active dev. It’s future is at risk

So what do you proposed?

• We got together and had a chat with the melon core dev and propose a community takeover of the project
• we would like to have the green light from the community to takeover

Do you need anything else than the listed items?

• Yes, we need 100T of Melon 🍉 granted by the community

Why should you grant melon token to a new Multisig?

• We are the main option for Melon to thrive and expand
• Without this proposal, Melon will likely die
• Hence, granting a share of your Melon will increase future upside of your total ownership of Melon
• in addition, all grantee will receive future rewards calculated base on the total donation
• In short, the more melon donated, the more potential future rewards

What’s your plan for Melon?

• we have big plan including 1) local community events, 2) improving liquidity, 3) partnership and 4) further rewards

Some detail to explain the usage of the donated melon tokens:

1. Create a new Uniswap V3 pool at 0.3% fee and put enough liquidity into this pool. V2 pool burned ownership so the fees can't be withdrawn. We need switch to V3 pool and then we can use the fee to reward holders donated.
2. Giveaway activities to promote melon.
3. Reserve for future airdrop
4. CEX reserve (already exists, 61T)
5. The more $melon under community control, the safer for melon's price.
