TITLE: Vote to Integrate and Include Existing CG Games and NFT Collections into the New Pentagon Games Ecosystem

OVERVIEW We propose the integration and evolution of ChainGuardians existing games and NFT collections into the newly conceived Pentagon Games ecosystem.

Pentagon Games is an innovative L1 gaming publisher, built by an award-winning team. It aims to bring players to the future of gaming with video games, AI, web3, and the metaverse.

This strategic expansion is designed to enhance the value and utility of ChainGuardians assets, creating a more robust and interconnected community.

DETAILS OF THE PROPOSAL

• ChainGuardians portfolio of games and existing hero NFT collections will undergo review and transformation to be incorporated into the Pentagon Games ecosystem. This will involve transferring of ownership, asset, management, and operational oversight to the new ecosystem's framework while ensuring that the original characteristics and asset benefits are further secured
• ChainGuardians community will be using Pentagon Games Single Sign On to enhance the user experiences

BENEFIT TO EXISTING HOLDERS

• Airdrop Eligibility for New BCSH NFT: Popular CG hero NFT collections will go through an evolution process whereby owners will be eligible to receive a new Pentagon Game’s Hero collection: BCSH NFT airdrop. BCSH NFTs are specifically designed for the Pentagon Games ecosystem. (These NFTs are intended to provide additional value and utility to existing holders)
• Opportunity to Own New Ecosystem Tokens: As a $CGG and new BCSH NFT token holder, you will also have the opportunity to receive Pentagon Games $PEN token.
• Kick off and allow community to Participate in new ChinaArena mobile game FINAL EPOCH 2.5 for Play to Earn opportunity for New BCSH NFT where all players & ChainArena NFT holders will have the opportunity to earn BCSH NFT airdrop

MANAGEMENT OF EXISTING NFTs

• All existing CG hero NFTs will continue to be managed by the CGG DAO, ensuring that governance and oversight of these original NFTs remain decentralized and in the hands of our community
