i think i made a mistake excluding memecoins from CHAD

2 reasons: -ppl need hope to trade an etf/index and higher multiples -community buyin, gives the memecoin holders a reason to care about the index

I would like to propose a reweighting to:

52% rlb 12% spx 12% bitcoin 12% smurfcat 12% joe

and eliminate chad rebuys for now
