Add BANANA and/or BITCOIN into the index

Let's continue to grow to the index by adding ticker BANANA and/or BITCOIN. We can add more tokens later but this is a decent place to start.

Options

• Add only BANANA to the index
• Add only BITCOIN to the index
• Add BANANA and BITCOIN to the index
• Add Neither to the index and roll with 100% RLB

The intent will be to utilize fees for new purchases in an equal % between the new token(s) and RLB, no RLB will be dumped to purchase these new shitters.
