Bring XCN Ambassador Program Under Poll Control

This poll is intended to gauge community support for bringing the XCN Ambassador Program under the control of the polling system. By doing so, we aim to further democratize the program and ensure that ambassadors are truly selected from, for, and by the community. This change would empower the community to use polls to nominate or remove ambassadors (within the established 10-member limit), suggest or remove tasks, and play a more direct role in shaping the program based on shared values and expectations.

While the program would continue to be overseen and managed by the DAO and the DAO will retain discretionary authority in the event of bad actors, this transition would give the community significantly more influence over how the Ambassador Program operates. The goal is to create a more transparent, accountable, and community-driven initiative where representation aligns closely with the standards and voice of the XCN ecosystem.
