Implement a Join Captcha in the Official Onyx Telegram Group

This Poll seeks to determine whether the XCN community supports implementing a captcha requirement for new entrants to the official Onyx Telegram group (https://t.me/Onyx) using the existing Onyx bot, as requested by members of the community.

The purpose of this poll is to confirm community support for adding additional anti-spam and anti-bot friction step at the point of entry, while keeping the group publicly visible and accessible. Telegram communities are frequent targets for automated spam, scam links, and impersonation attempts; requiring a simple captcha upon entry can potentially reduce unwanted activity, improve moderation effectiveness, and enhance overall community safety without restricting public discovery but could potentially interrupt legitimate users.

Under this change, the Telegram group would remain publicly visible and searchable. However, all users would be required to complete a captcha immediately upon entering the group in order to participate (and/or remain in the group), enforced via the existing Onyx bot.

This poll does not change group visibility, membership policy, or governance rights. Its scope is limited to implementing a captcha gate for all incoming users to improve security and reduce spam.
