Extend Gas Refund Program for Onyx Governance

This proposal seeks community approval to extend the Gas Refund Program within the Onyx ecosystem, with the goal of enhancing governance accessibility, reducing participation costs, and increasing engagement across staking and voting activities.

While current gas costs are a known barrier to participation, this program aims to eliminate that friction by reimbursing users for key interactions, making governance more inclusive and cost-effective.

If approved, the DAO will allocate $50,000 USD to fund monthly gas reimbursements for:

• Staking • Voting

Unstaking and reward claim interactions will not be reimbursed.

This initiative supports the broader mission to decentralize governance and improve the usability and fairness of the Onyx protocol.

Gas refunds would occur on the first full weekend of each month.
