This proposal seeks community approval to create a Community Forum Manager role responsible for the moderation, organization, and strategic development of the DAO’s official forum at community.onyx.org.
Core responsibilities would include: • Moderating discussions to ensure respectful, constructive participation • Organizing topics and posts to improve usability and discoverability • Onboarding new members and encouraging forum engagement • Ensuring alignment of forum activity with DAO priorities • Acting as a bridge between forum discussions and DAO governance processes
The goal of this role is to strengthen the community hub at community.onyx.org, promote thoughtful dialogue, and ensure that the forum remains a trusted, well-maintained space for community coordination.
If approved, the role would run through December 2025, with the option to extend via an additional poll. Compensation and scope to be detailed in a follow-up funding proposal if successful.
