Create Dedicated Poll Management Role

This proposal seeks community approval to establish a Poll Manager role dedicated to improving the effectiveness and visibility of DAO polls. The responsibilities of this role would include:

•	Creating and managing all official DAO polls
•	Promoting polls across social media to increase awareness and participation
•	Collecting community feedback on proposed polls
•	Determining whether a poll should escalate to a full DAO vote based on engagement and relevance

The aim is to ensure higher quality, better-informed polls that reflect the priorities and interests of the community while increasing transparency and voter turnout.

If approved, this role would be active through December 2025 with an additional poll to renew the role. A separate funding proposal would follow, outlining compensation based on scope and available resources.

Creating this role aligns with the DAO’s mission of fostering decentralized decision-making, stronger community input, and operational clarity.
