Bridge XCN to Additional Chains

This proposal seeks community approval for the DAO to investigate additional blockchain networks that the DAO and broader community may benefit from bridging to.

This effort follows the successful expansion to Binance Smart Chain (BSC), Base, and others, which have demonstrated strong engagement and ecosystem growth.

If approved, the DAO will begin exploring opportunities on other chains by:

•	Researching networks with strong developer communities, liquidity, and alignment with DAO goals
•	Gathering community feedback on preferred chains to bridge to
•	Evaluating technical, strategic, and economic factors for each option

Subsequent polls will be launched for any recommended or community-requested chains before any bridging actions are taken.

The goal is to ensure that expansion efforts are community-driven, strategically sound, and aligned with ecosystem growth.
