Enable Voter Incentives via Snapshot + Zealy Governance Quests

To increase participation in Onyx DAO governance, this proposal introduces a system that rewards Snapshot voters through two participation paths: 1. Zealy Quests – For users who want to earn XP by completing governance-related tasks 2. Direct Snapshot Tracking – For users who vote but do not use Zealy

Either path will be eligible for the same core incentives such as: • Onyx Points bonus in Season 2 • Early access to dApps and governance tools • And more

Implementation Plan: • Launch Zealy governance quests • Begin tracking voter participation via Snapshot • Distribute perks at the end of each season (e.g., pre-mainnet phase, Season 2)

Goal of This Proposal:

To increase meaningful participation in Onyx DAO governance by rewarding active voters and to build long-term DAO engagement ahead of mainnet.
