Expand Chains Supporting XCN Gas-Free & Governance

This proposal seeks community approval to evolve the existing Gas Refund Program to better align with Onyx’s long-term vision for Layer 3 adoption, cross-chain utility, and incentivized governance.

Key Changes Proposed:

• Exclusivity: Only users interacting through the Onyx Layer 3 wallet will be eligible.

• Expanded Scope: Users will benefit from gas-free transactions for XCN activity on Base, BNB Chain, and Ethereum.

• Governance Incentives: Gas reimbursements related to Governance will apply only when users vote on proposals on Ethereum using the Onyx Layer 3 wallet.

Goals:

• Increase adoption of the Onyx Layer 3 wallet

• Promote governance engagement

• Eliminate gas cost barriers for active XCN participants

• Strengthen the fairness and accessibility of the Onyx governance process
