Add XCN Solana Support

This poll is intended to gauge community support for expanding the XCN ecosystem by enabling XCN support on the Solana blockchain. As one of the fastest-growing and highest-throughput Layer 1 networks, Solana offers a unique opportunity to increase adoption, accessibility, and use cases for XCN.

If approved, this proposal would authorize any necessary technical work, bridging support, and any necessary funding to bring XCN to the Solana ecosystem.

Adding Solana support aligns with the DAO’s broader goal of cross-chain interoperability and positions XCN for broader reach and use cases on the Solana ecosystem.
