Create the XCN Marketing Team

This proposal will create an official XCN Marketing Team to grow awareness for XCN and the Onyx ecosystem. The team will run marketing campaigns, manage social media, and bring more attention to the project — all funded and overseen by the DAO.

Team Setup: • 5 trusted community members, voted in by the DAO • Team rotates every 3 months (or gets re-elected) • Weekly updates + monthly reports required
