FCFS only when GAP round(s) are not sold out

Because the latest proposals are getting a little bit out of hand and many investors are not happy with it, here is a new one.

Would you like to see a cancellation of FCFS round if the GAP round(s) are not sold out?

Example A: Raised amount is $300k

1. GAP around allocation among the tiers as of now
2. Investors commited $285k, $15k left
3. FCFS round will take place with $15k for all tiers

Example B: Raised amount is $300k

1. GAP around allocation among the tiers as of now
2. Investors commited $300k
3. FCFS won't take place because it's sold out

Choice 1: Yes, entire allocated amount should be available in GAP. No FCFS if sold out

Choice 2: No, FCFS amount should be a fixed amount
