New Feature! Free Giveaways of Incubation Projects To Diamond & Gold Tier Members

Context:

ChainGPT charges a percentage of the total supply from each project that we incubate. In appreciation for the trust and support shown by our community, we wish to share a portion of the incubation fee with them. This gesture acknowledges every incubation, including previous ones like AITECH, DexCheck, etc.

Proposal:

We are introducing a novel method for token distribution - a 'Giveaway'. ChainGPT Pad will host a dedicated "Giveaway" section where users can participate similar to an IDO but without any cost.

The primary idea was to reward our loyal Gold & Diamond tier members. However, considering the importance of inclusivity, we are considering extending this benefit to Silver tier members as well. Before proceeding, we are keen to gather community feedback on which of the following methods resonates best with our members:

Options for Token Distribution:

1. Priority Rewards for Gold & Diamond, with FCFS Access for Silver:

• All Diamond & Gold members can participate, regardless of their IDO participation.
• The FCFS round will be open for Silver members.

2. Exclusive Rewards for Gold & Diamond Members:

• Only available for Diamond & Gold members.
• Diamond and Gold users who participated in the IDO and didn't claim a refund get first priority in the Guaranteed round.
• If there remain any unclaimed tokens, then non-participants of the IDO can claim them in the FCFS (First Come First Serve) round.

3. Treasury Retention:

• No giveaways.
• Retain all the tokens within the ChainGPT treasury.

4. Strengthen the DAO Fund:

• No giveaways.
• Transfer the entire amount of tokens dedicated to the ecosystem to the DAO fund.

Tokens to be given away:

• AITech = 4,000,000 (approx. $150k)
• DEXCheck = 1,650,000 (approx. $35k)
