DAO Proposal: $1,000,000 Giveaway in $CGPT Tokens to Our Community (in two parts)

Introduction:

As we approach two years of growth and success in the ChainGPT ecosystem, we want to take a moment to show our sincere appreciation to our community. We would like to express our deepest thanks to all $CGPT token holders, stakers, and supporters who have been with us through both the highs and lows. Your continued commitment has been vital to our journey, and we believe it’s time to give back in a meaningful way.

In recognition of your unwavering support, we propose a $1,000,000 giveaway in $CGPT tokens, which will be hosted on ChainGPT Pad with a two-year linear vesting period. This giveaway aims to reward our loyal community and provide both newcomers and long-term stakers with an opportunity to join this giveaway.

Proposal:

We propose a $1,000,000 giveaway in $CGPT tokens, distributed through two phases. The tokens will be subject to a two-year linear vesting period and will provide 1x staking multiplier (staking points) to participants. To ensure ongoing commitment and engagement, there will be one important rule: participants must maintain at least the same number of staking points as when they initially registered in order to continue claiming tokens.

The funds for the giveaway will be sponsored by the DAO Fund wallet, which is controlled by the DAO.

Phase 1: $500,000 Giveaway

•	Registration Period: February 15th - March 15th, 2025 (30 days)
•	Participation Period: March 17th - March 21st, 2025
•	Claiming Starts: March 21st, 2025
•	Vesting Period: 2-Year Linear Vesting
•	Token Allocation: The exact amount of $CGPT tokens to be distributed will be determined based on the value of $CGPT at the time the giveaway starts, after the registration period ends.

Phase 2: $500,000 Giveaway (Q3-Q4 2025)

•	The second giveaway will take place sometime between Q3 and Q4 of 2025, offering another chance for participants to join in and benefit.

Rationale:

1. Thanking Our Loyal Community: This giveaway is designed to show appreciation for the dedication and trust our community has shown in supporting ChainGPT over the past two years. By offering this giveaway, we aim to provide long-term incentives while also allowing new users to join in on the rewards.
2. Increasing Ecosystem Engagement: The giveaway structure encourages participants to engage in the ecosystem and continue their involvement through staking. The linear vesting period and staking multiplier further enhance the long-term commitment to the ChainGPT ecosystem.
3. Promoting Newcomers and Long-Term Stakers Alike: By splitting the giveaway into two phases, we ensure that both new participants and long-term stakers will have equal opportunities to join this initiative.
4. DAO Fund Sponsored: The giveaway will be fully funded by the DAO Fund, ensuring that the community’s contributions remain central to the success of this initiative.
