Current expansion rate of AVIC

We lowered the expansion rate by 35% from 09th Aug 2022. Now, the voting function on Snapshot is ready. We would like to hold the voting for the community to decide if you would like to keep this current expansion rate until 1st Sep 2022 or revert back to the original designed rate right after the voting.

CHAMILY will use CHAM as their voting power.
