ChartEx took the decision to postpone the distribution of Operations and Partnership/Integration wallets to reduce the number of tokens entering supply on 18th October 2020.

Whilst development continues on the beta platform and the team is growing, ChartEx is operating under budget for this time period.

This proposal puts in the hands of the community the decision as to the handling of the funds.

This proposal is specific to the token distribution that was due on 18th October 2020 totalling 4,565,000 broken down as follows: Operations: 1,826,000.00 Partnership/Integration: 2,739,000.00
