Form a Partnership Between $CHECKS and GM.Land

Francis Kim launched $CHECKS on May 3, 2023 as a fun, experimental side project while building a Web3 social platform called GM.Land. With passion for decentralization and community, the contract was renounced within one hour after being deployed.

As we all have seen, $CHECKS became more than just a meme coin. It became movement - a DAO and a project ran by the community for the community with focus on meme and art. $CHECKS introduced an unprecedented utility by providing affiliate Checks on Twitter.

Now, we have an exciting proposal.

PARTNERSHIP WITH GM.Land ($CHECKS and GM.Land exchange)

Through the partnership, $CHECKS and GM.Land will cooperate to build a community-driven ecosystem. Integration of $CHECKS as an in-app token would install more value to $CHECKS while incentivizing our community by providing additional utility.

We propose the following:

Exchange 20% of $CHECKS community wallet with XL size GM.Land ($CHECKS currently valued at 6,800 USDC, XL size GM.Land valued at 8,192 USDC with highest discount applied).

The remitted $CHECKS will be vested over a minimum of 24 month period and be used for integration, development, marketing and operations. The $CHECKS tokens will be locked and vested through a Team Finance or a similar platform for complete transparency and full commitment.
