Who should be allowed to carry the golden check on twitter?

Our affiliate badge which is a golden check is a flex which appeals to people on twitter. I believe it could be used as a great marketing tool get attention.

The purpose of this proposal is to establish who we should allow to carry the golden check.

I will be proposing two options to vote in this proposal.

A. Anyone who asks for it B. Holders

These are just my thoughts on the two options. You may or may not disagree.

A. Free exposure for our community but also puts us at risk if the affiliate engages in distasteful activities

B. Ideal in my opinion. May motivate people to purchase $CHECKS but are people willing to pay?
