Pre-approve Community Wallet Swap for Marketing

$CHECKS are at a pivotal time where we need to let the world know we are here to build for the long term.

The proposal is to determine through the community what the community feels is a safe percentage of community wallet use for marketing purposes including a potential listing on a CEX.

We will be swapping $CHECKS for a stablecoin like USDT or USDC.

NOTE: the swaps to a stablecoin will ONLY take place when there is sufficient buying coming in and will most likely be executed in smaller batches to minimise market impact.
