提案： 现提议推特等宣传活动及社区活动可解锁部分国库Cup。

解锁规则：

1. 每月不得动用超过5个国库Cup；
2. 每次活动解锁的Cup将作为第一名奖励或随机抽奖奖品，部分活动仅Hodler参与。

投票资格：1 NFT（开图&盲盒）= 1 票 投票资格快照时间：6月29日18:00 (UTC+8)

Proposal: Part of treasury Cups will be unlocked for Twitter and other promotion and community activities.

Unlocking rules:

1. No more than 5 treasury Cups will be used in each month.
2. The unlocked Cups in each activity will be used as the first prize or random draw prize, and some activities are Holder-Only.
