To get CheeseGame ready for v2, the following is proposed

Reduce ageing rewards by 80% Reduce CheeseGame rewards 75% until FETA is released. When FETA is released, reduce cheese rewards to 0% and replace w/ FETA emissions. Launch wsCHEEZ to allow for staked cheez to be used on cross-chain yield farms. Transfer 250k to the FETA multisig. Buyback $75k CHEEZ for the DAO to farm FETA with and add $25k in liquidity.
