Description:

The core idea of this proposal is the structure in which the DAO operates.

Working Groups

Working groups are essentially containers in which projects operate in. There is no hierarchy or leadership within working groups. Essentially it is a classifier for projects. As of now, working groups will each have their own email. Down the road in a separate proposal working groups may have a customized onboarding process or prerequisites to enter a project within a group, but as of now they are just a classifier and provide an email address to the projects within it.

Projects

Like many DAOs, projects are the building blocks of the DAO. Initiatives within the DAO are decentralized so that each initiative is a project that has 1 - 5 team leads responsible for the execution of the project. Leads can add or remove project members as they see fit. Projects are created through a proposal process outlined in this proposal. Projects operate under a working group and have access from the benefits from that working group (such as access to an email).
