i. A donation to Krystal Noga-Styron (@kenogas on twitter) aka phunklawyer.eth in the amount of $20,000 USDC for her pro-bono work in April of 2022 countering the LarvaLabs DMCA takedown request and relisting the CryptoPhunksV2 NFT collection to OpenSea.

ii . Since being relisted, CrypoPhunks has done exactly 1809 ETH in sales volume on OpenSea. The relisting has brought increased access and visibility to the CryptoPhunks collection and has contributed to the lore of a community that refused to stay remain rugged.

In short, the phunks did what Zagabond couldn’t: Countered the LarvaLabs DMCA and won.
