Proposal 28 - Reimbursement

Vote to authorize 1 ETH sent back to PepePhunks artist for deployment costs.

Description: On March 9th, I launched pepephunks, a collection which used all of the phunks traits and was created for the community with 100% of profits pledged to the phunk treasury, 0 royalties. Upon deployment, I underestimated the gas cost for a 10k collection which totaled just over 1 eth. It was my intention to recoup cost initially; however, the recipient function was coded into the contract and unable to be changed from 99%/1% payout to treasury/myself. I would like to propose a payout of exactly my deployment cost with all remaining profits being withdrawn to the treasury. I would also like to offer control of the contract and 'pepephunks.eth' ens to the treasury as well.

Value to CryptoPhunks: 100% of profits to the CryptoPhunks treasury, pepephunks contract and ens. (Currently 6.9 eth gross, .7 sent to treasury, total cost/ask approx. 1 eth)

Treasury Action: 1 ETH sent back to artist for deployment costs.
