i. Proposal by @M0_NFTS - GIF King 👑 for Compensation for Rendered Graphics Interchange Formats (GIFs)

After deliberation, I drafted this proposal to discuss compensation for the graphics interchange formats (GIFs) I have created and rendered for the Cryptophunks community. As a dedicated graphic artist and contributor to the community’s visual content, I believe it is appropriate to address the matter of compensation for my work.

Over the past year and a half, I have been actively involved in producing a collection of visually engaging and dynamic GIFs for the Phunk community, even being asked by members for customized GIFs. These GIFs have served as valuable assets in various discord servers, social media posts, and content in general, effectively capturing the attention of our target audience.

I took the time to detail below the key points regarding my proposal:

[ ] Scope of Work: I have delivered a series of custom-designed GIFs that are specifically tailored to align with the community’s branding guidelines and campaign objectives. These GIFs have played a pivotal role in enhancing the community’s online presence and creating a memorable visual identity.

[ ] Time and Effort: Each GIF creation involved considerable time, skill, and creativity. I meticulously designed and animated each frame to ensure a seamless and eye-catching visual experience for our audience. The dedication I put into these projects has resulted in visually appealing and engaging content for the Phunks community.

[ ] Market Value: Considering industry standards and the quality of work delivered, I believe it is fair to request compensation for the time and effort invested in creating these GIFs. My expertise in graphic design and animation has significantly contributed to the community’s marketing efforts and overall brand image.

[ ] Proposal: I am humbly asking for Zombie #1478 from the treasury. This compensation should take into account the complexity of the GIFs, the effort involved, and the overall value they have added to the company's visual content library.

ii. I value the collaborative relationship I have with the Phunks community and the opportunity to contribute to its visual storytelling. I believe that compensating me for the GIFs I have created aligns with our ethos and acknowledges the value I have brought to the community’s creative endeavors.

I would be grateful for the opportunity to discuss this matter further and reach a resolution. I look forward to a positive discussion and finding a fair resolution for the compensation of the rendered GIFs.
