Proposal 37 - v3 Phunkbot

i. Proposal to compensate tat2bu.eth for PhunkBot code upgrade to v3

This new upgrade includes:

FIXES: [✅] NFTX buys printing wrong prices. [✅] NFTX Bulk buys printing wrong prices. [✅] Looksrare new v2 smart contract support. [✅] Upgrade from old "twit" to "twitter-api-v2" library to have new twitter APIs supported.

NEW FEATURES: [✅] Blur.io Sales, for now only buys are supported. [✅] Integrate flywheel (phunks.pro) sales into bot with custom Message. [✅] Integrate Auctions (phunks.auction) sales only with custom Message. [⛏️] Implement custom DISCORD BOT so we are not reliant on tweetshift (current) bot. [⛏️] Implement proper CI/CD for later fixes / updates / new features easier deployment.

FUTURE EXPECTATIONS: Continuous dev support for PhunkBot. Good availability for quick bug fixing and testing.

ii. About v3

This proposal should not be confused with my recent proposal ⁠🗳︱prop-29-phunkbot-gitbook where my ask was for server maintenance and administration of the PhunkBot and twitter account. This is pure Code upgrade, tat2bu has been true asset and amazing devops where i clearly lack the skills. This upgrade takes phunkbot to next level and is open-sourced for anyone to fork and use. This is our CryptoPhunks contribution to web3 and whole NFT community.

All work above can be audited here.

For transparency, tat2bu collected one off bounty of $2,500 for PhunkBot v2 upgrade 1 year ago from Treasury. It was one of the first proposals by Phunk community.

[✅] Support for Blur.io transactions involving ERC20 "blurio pool" wrapped ETH [✅] Discord bot feature: the bot can now be setup to post a message in a discord channel when an event occurs [✅] CLI mode feature: the app can now be used through the command line to parse a given transaction (useful for testing purpose or to recover a broken transaction) [✅] Unit test and code coverage report to improve exotic transaction handling over time [⛏️ ] Upgraded etherjs library to support latest ENS normalization update, this enables bot to print exotic ENS names like 👮️harder.eth. (thanks MACHO for valuble feedback) As you can read above, PhunkBot v3 is mostly done and ready to go live. ty tat2bu.eth il be pushing this upgrade later this week, its big upgrade so will do some testing first. cheers

[⛏️ ] STATS project from 2021 phunks hackaton, integration to phunk/discord bot. [⛏️ ] STATS plugin for discord with custom commands /stats [tokenId] and /stats [wallet] this will enable custom phunk stats and insights. Optional twitter stats bot.
