PHUNKY MEDIA MACHINE

Over the past year, I have dedicated countless hours a day for planning, design, execution and final product of Cryptophunks related media. I have been actively involved in producing medium articles, graphics, and memes for CryptoPhunks. While I thoroughly enjoyed working on these projects and contributing to the Phunks overall presence, I would like to address the possibility of compensation for my efforts.

There was something very powerful, said by Pauly, back in January 2021 stating that we’re only going to grow by our own efforts. Wanting to find a way to contribute, I noted it was mainly Pauly, there were others but he made the majority, making memes or videos about Phunks.

Where I lacked in technical and development savvy, I’m strong in creative and communicative visual design. From there I’ve made countless graphics and media with the sole intent of furthering the Phunks community via content. As a dedicated contributor, I believe it is appropriate to have a conversation regarding compensation for my work.

Outlined below are the key points regarding my proposal:

Scope of Work: I have been consistently creating and delivering media articles, graphics, and memes for Phunks. These works can equivocated to marketing efforts, brand awareness, and engagement with a stolid audience.

Time and Effort: I have dedicated a significant amount of time and effort to conceptualize, design, and produce these creative assets. Excluding nonsensical memes, each piece required research, creativity, and attention to detail, all of which have added value to the community’s content strategy.

Market Value: Based on industry standards and the quality of work delivered, I believe it is fair to request compensation for the time and effort invested. It is essential to acknowledge that these assets contribute to the community’s growth and success.

Proposal: I propose a fair compensation package for the work completed and continued fulfillment,which reflects the market value of similar services. I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss the details of this proposal and explore a mutually beneficial arrangement that acknowledges my contributions.

I truly value the relationship I have with the Phunks community and the opportunity to contribute to its success. I believe that compensating me for the work I have performed aligns with fair business practices and recognizes the value I have brought to the community’s content creation efforts.

With that said I am asking for $16,942.00 for a fair compensation not only for past and present renderings but also for the continuation of the production of this content. You may ask how did I stumble upon such a number. The median salary for a Graphic Designer is roughly $51,677-$56,476 as per Glassdoor.com and Zippia.com. My ask is a .3 of the higher median which I believe fair given amount of produce media I can provide in a portfolio.
