Prop-6 PhunkyJON / PharOut NFT

This proposal will authorize:

1. The transfer of the rewards position from the PHUNKY DAO to the CryptoPhunks Treasury for Rewards collection with the agreement that funding for future expansions or other expenses to be used in the PharOut ecosystem from at least half of the Rewards collected.
2. The allowance of CryptoPhunk holders to mint PharOut NFTs for free (1 for 1) to trade for free and collect daily trading rewards.
3. The release of $70,000 USDC to the PharOut DEVs Gnosis multi-sig for the work of refactoring the pharout.space marketplace.
4. The release of $30,000 USDC total for dev living expenses. (To begin $20,000 and upon completion of the Refactoring work to a usable front-end another $10,000.)
5. Total amount to be released from the Treasury: $100,000 USDC

COST BREAKDOWN: Set aside funds in the PharOut DEVs multi-sig to recruit developers onto current build to refactor the marketplace front-end and additional build funding. (Work could be outsourced in components, or preferably devs recruited for long-term building.) -- $70,000 USDC

The multi-sig is a 2 of 3 Gnosis wallet with WhaleGoddess, Dovetail and myself as signers.

The funds to recruit devs and other areas of expenses for the build will be proposed and debated before release.

Dev living expenses and small cost recoupment -- $30,000 USDC ($20,000 to be released to phunkyjon.eth initially, $10,000 on completion of Refactoring checklist)

TimeFrame:

• 4-8(max 12) weeks for front-end work;
• 1-2 weeks for bug check/front-end audit ( Summary report )
• 2-4 weeks for refactoring ( Checkbox Summary Report issues )
• 1-2 weeks for post refactoring bug check/adjustments ( Final Audit Summary Report )
• 2-4 weeks for additional unknowns and final refactoring ( Any additional refactoring if needed )

• These timeframes depend on recruiting devs and agreeing on funding in the appropriate timeframes, of which may vary.
