Multi-Sig Protocol & Country Representative Payment

This proposal aims to answer two questions posed by the Community;

1. Compensating the King/Queens who are voted in as Country Representatives through the DAO .5E per Term (Can be revisited in the future). This will help incentivize and align their goals with the ultimate success of the Project and the DAO

2. Many Chubbies have proposed to have a Team member (ie. JAMPZER or AYAAN) as a FOURTH signer on the Multi-Sig Gnosis Protocol, with a subset of rules so that this holder would not technically be a voter/representative, but more a safety measure, with a subset of RULES:

• Must vote with the majority in all cases except if there is reason to believe:
  • Malicious Intent
  • Illegal Activities
  • Multi-Sig Representatives are not voting to reflect the Chubby votes
  • A Key holder dies/ does not show up / is kicked off of the Multi-Sig Protocol through a democratic vote
