A plan to tranche $SOS purchase

All DAO treasury assets (180E worth) will be converted to $SOS. However, as the 180ETH size lump-sum purchase will incur the market shock, we plan to tranche the purchases to prevent it.

All purchases are scheduled to be completed within January.

Please vote on how many times you want to divide the total purchase fund 180E into $SOS. Right after this vote ends, $SOS purchases will begin according to the plan agreed by the community.

Consider the following pros and cons of tranche in voting.

• Pros: Stable accumulation. No market shock. The accumulation plan is adjustable by communitiy's request.
• Cons: It takes longer time to endow Kaiju DAO to have strong governance on OpenDAO.
