Repealing $SOS purchases
Background: There were multiple suggestions to create a more structured plan for the $SOS buying, and the use of this liquidity in the Treasury for other things (buybacks, more direct incentivizing plans, investment into the Project (hire devs/defi programmers, SEO pros, development, etc)).
