Funds generated by Octavas (24 ETH) - Circular Arts First Collection - are available to be distributed to projects which are encompassed by public goods. Below is a list of projects generated with feedback from the community. To vote you must hold an OptiPunk at the time of creating this proposal and the weighting for fund distribution will be quadratic. This means the more people that vote for a specific project the larger impact it will have on the weighting.

HardHat - Hardhat is an Ethereum development environment for professionals. It's flexible, extensible and fast.
DappTools - A suite of Ethereum focused CLI tools following the Unix design philosophy, favoring composability, configurability and extensibility.
Foundry - Foundry is a portable, fast and modular toolkit for Ethereum application development.
Frame - Privacy focused Ethereum wallet that runs natively on macOS, Windows and Linux.
Otterscan - Otterscan is an open-source, fast, local, laptop-friendly Ethereum block explorer.
Lighthouse - Lighthouse is an Ethereum 2.0 client that connects to other Ethereum 2.0 clients to form a resilient and decentralized proof-of-stake blockchain.
Nimbus - Nimbus is a client implementation for both Ethereum's execution and consensus layers that strives to be as lightweight as possible in terms of resources used.
Rotki - The portfolio tracker and accounting tool that protects your privacy.
EthernautDAO - A common goods DAO aimed at transforming developers into Ethereum developers.
Vyper - A Python-like language for writing EVM smart contracts, with emphasis in the language's design on readability and audibility.
Proof Of Humanity - A Sybil-resistant registry of Humans using social verification.
