SP05 -- $CLUB Distribution

Summary

Distribute $CLUB to the Seed Club community through a CLUBdrop and DAO Awards.

Abstract

Over the course of the past two months, a group of core contributors have developed a launch strategy for $CLUB.

This proposal aims to solidfiy the go-to market strategy - detailed in depth in the Genesis | Seed Club Telegram group.

$CLUB will be launched through a CLUBdrop to past contributors, the DAO Awards to onboard new contributors with token rewards and a curated Club Race for token holders to elect the next Seed Club Cohort.

The passing of this proposal will result in the creation and distribution of a new transferable $CLUB token.

Motivation

Seed Club is ready for its next chapter.

As we prepare for SC04 - it's important that those looking to own a part of Seed Club have the means to do so.

Throughout this distribution, Seed Club will open its doors to a new wave of partners, contributors ad collaborators.

In doing so, $CLUB will become the main focal point of coordination within the Seed Club Ecoystem.
