SCP04 -- Corporate Structuring Budget

Seed Club is preparing for a treasury diversification and, as such, has ambitions of developing a legal corporate entity. The entity would be leveraged to enter into contracts, pay taxes, and limit liabilities for members of the DAO. Legal counsel would be hired to execute on the development of the entity.

We have held conversations with leading legal advisors and firms both onshore and offshore to explore all potential corporate structuring options for the DAO. We believe to be in a position to make a decision on legal counsel and would like to begin the process imminently.

We are requesting from the DAO a budget of $50,000 USD to engage with legal counsel and related advisors to move forward with the above goal. We do not anticipate using the entirety of the budget but are choosing to request the $50,000 USD to prevent any additional budget request proposals.
