Re-stake previous stake to CND/USDC pool and add 100% of current treasury to CND/USDC pool

As discussed in Discord, we offer to change the pool from USDT to USDC (for security purposes) and provide liquidity using all currently held USDT.

So we need to do four actions:

1. Re-stake the previously staked CND/USDT pool to CND/USDC pool on Uniswap v3.
2. Buy for 50% of currently held USDT in treasury ($4.9k, i.e. $2.45k) CND on Bittrex
3. Stake 2.45k worth of CND and 2.45k worth of USDC on Uniswap v3
4. Communicate the changes to current liquidity providers and push them to stake on CND/USDC pool as well
