As DAO has enough CND from the 2m one-time grant to pay rewards next month, we propose to spend 100% of June's transfer on market buying and burning CND.

If the proposal is accepted, CND DAO Treasury shall market buy $2,089 worth of CND on Uniswap and then burn it by sending to the burn address 0x0000000000000000000000000000000000000000.
