Proposal for Buyback CoUSD Partially 2

We'd like to make a series of proposals that are related in some way. Additional buyback & burn CoUSD using less than 5% CoUSD Collateral

What are your thoughts? We're discussing how to recover, but there's no good solution yet for the COFFIN token. We'd love to hear your suggestions and ideas. Please share them with us on our discord server so that we can work together to create good solutions.
