Final Redemption of CoUSD Holders with Collateral and Service Termination

We regret to inform you that an exploit occurred around Apr-08-2023 10:53:26 PM +UTC ( blocktime 59436935 ) that affected COFFIN & CoUSD holders.

As CoUSD is inherently partially collateralized, we propose to refund the users who held CoUSD before the exploit. We would like to conduct a vote to determine the community's sentiment on this matter.

In addition to the redemption vote, we also propose a vote on the termination of the service. We understand that this may be a difficult decision, but we believe it is necessary given the recent exploit and the challenges we have faced in maintaining the service.
