University Liaison and Coordination for Projects

Following the successful collaboration with Cornell University resources, CTS has an opportunity to formalize an ongoing University Engagement and Coordination function to support future product, platform, and systems-development initiatives.

This effort would focus on:

• maintaining active relationships with Universities and academic programs
• coordinating student and faculty participation across CTS initiatives
• supporting research, prototyping, and product-development collaborations
• creating continuity between University-based projects and long-term CTS strategic objectives
• identifying future opportunities for innovation, talent development, and interdisciplinary collaboration

As CTS continues expanding its Organizational Network Analysis (ONA), workflow-intelligence, and enterprise-transformation capabilities, a structured University-engagement initiative can help strengthen both innovation capacity and long-term organizational development.
