My proposal is to build a calculator that uses key data like employee turnover, average salaries, and recruitment costs to show exactly how much money a company is losing.

Creating a Business Case: It helps partners show clients the "price of their problems." When a client sees the high cost of turnover, it is easier to explain why they need Organizational Network Analysis (ONA) to fix it.
Motivation and Profit: Based on my research, this tool connects employee motivation to financial results. It proves that a healthy organizational network is a financial asset.
