Expanding Reporting Capabilties of Passive ONA

Currently, the Passive ONA surfaces insights on a department level related to emails sent, emails received, response time, etc. I want to explore what other analytics data would be useful to clients utilizing the Passive ONA. For example, in my previous role, I realized there were multiple engineering departments creating different technological solutions to solve very similar problems. If we can expand the capabilities of Passive ONA such that it can provide a glimpse of project or task redundancy within different departments, then this can help organizations collaborate more internally and reduce resources used for duplicate use cases.
