CP_24-016: Inclusion of $KWEEN In Coinage Treasury

As Coinage looks to add Treasury exposure to non-ETH Treasury assets, we propose to add the Do Kwon inspired coin $KWEEN. A vote in favor will authorize the token's inclusion in Coinage DAO Treasury.

Context on Proposal 24-016

Coinage is a community-owned Web3 outlet that built up considerable IP through the debut of our award-winning reporting into the collapse of the Terra ecosystem and exclusive interview with Do Kwon.

Roughly 5,000 unique wallets minted a Coinage NFT to watch our first-ever episode. As a result, most of our original community were either once Terra community members, or had expressed an interest in Terra-related coverage.

Context on $KWEEN

Similarly, $KWEEN has been able to attract a broad-based community as a leading Solana AI-agent memecoin based on original Do Kwon lore. The token has risen from a $6M market cap after we first profiled the project in our newsletter to more than $45M at the time of this proposal.

It is extremely unclear where the project goes, or what comes next — but considering the overlap in IP and community, this proposal presents to the DAO the notion that adding $KWEEN to the DAO would beneficially align the Coinage DAO with $KWEEN holders. This proposal is only to approve/disapprove the inclusion of $KWEEN in the Coinage DAO Treasury (which should not exceed 5% of applicable funds.)
