CP_25-009: Coinage Board Approval: Zack Seward

As a Limited Cooperative Association (Cooperative) formed in the state of Colorado, Coinage Coop (Coinage) is required to nominate and elect board members from our membership. Over the course of the last year, we have interacted with amazing builders all over the world and are now taking the step of nominating a few of our existing members to board positions to ensure Coinage remains compliant and is held accountable via an independent board composed of some of our earliest members.

Board nominees will be formally appointed if approved by a two-thirds (67%) super-majority vote.

• Zack Seward

Nominee Statement: Zack Seward is the former deputy editor-in-chief of CoinDesk and a co-founder of the Association of Cryptocurrency Journalists and Researchers. He currently programs content for many of the largest conferences in the crypto industry. Seward got his start as a public radio reporter in the NPR system after getting a master's degree from Columbia's Graduate School of Journalism. He originally hails from San Francisco and went to college at the University of Chicago.
